Oh, that's because you bought packs that weren't "Bronze I", you have to specifically buy "Bronze I". You bought a Bronze II pack or something because you have cards with power of 4 on it. My suggestion is to redo the intro and only buy the first pack 3x. Also to note, don't sell any cards until you've done the objective. It probably messed up the calculations the game is doing.
Okay this game looks AWESOME!! It's super silly but I'm stuck at the very beginning- At the end of the first day I wanted to go to sleep but the protagonist said to check the mirror in the wardrobe first but I can't interact with the mirror? I tried to change clothes and all but the dialogues repeat itself... I don't know what I need to do here 😥
It's pretty simple, the game requires you 2 things; to open the wardrobe, and to visit Juliet. After all that is done, you're free to sleep and any other activities.

Bird cards are cracked, that's all I can say about gameplay.
As for bugs, quite a few odd ones I cannot recreate yet, one with the futanari video on the Hub where it keeps replaying the scene regardless of progress, kinda bootlooped
Another is with the VIP girls, where they repeatedly ask you over and you'd be stuck doing old tasks with no benefit for half a day, well into night for Lilith
Another is a golden dragon statue where a missing texture kills the game's last few steps, ie force roleback
As for sound design, I know it is early but it would be easier to folly a slow sound then speed it up with pitch adjustment than to slow down sound with or without pitch adjustment
As for interface, please make it so the save & load section are moved forward 10 at a time, not the actual save selection
As for writing and scenes, lovely, just lovely. Characters are nicely done and have uniqueness and vim of their own. Scenes are nice, I'd love orgies but I know it's very early !! :)

I'm not sure what you mean about the save & load section though, I don't know what "forward 10 at a time" means. Forward 10 pixels?
For the BIRD cards, I'm unsure how broken they are but we've overhauled the SMS date system in 0.09 which adds static levels, zones, and a 5 star system that you receive based on how well you've succeeded. Those stars are then used to unlock stronger zones and you can only really get full 5 stars if you take- I think it's 10% of your health in damage or less. BIRD cards won't be able to prevent incoming damage.
The dev team has to decide if the focus of the game Sugar Service is supposed to be the card game or the story. If its the card game, then the game seems way too repetitive and simple for how long you have to play the game. If its the story, then the card game is way too grindy and should take up less percentage of playtime .
For sure, totally get that. As more content is added, we wanna offset that by allowing said content to be accessed easier through rebalances. We're definitely on team 'story is the main focus', which is why the card game at its current stage is very simple and we totally hear you about it being less grindy.

If you go to the web app on the in-game phone, there's a whole bunch of explanations on the different systems. Basically the stars are the times you successfully gifted and hungout with them, you'd need 3 of them (successfully gift and hangout 3 times) PLUS the heart icon to advance the story.
You could always leave a donation on itchio or simply by following the progression of the game, rating it 5 stars, and sharing it with people who also like playing these types of games

I've only played this for an hour, but that's for good reason. I really wanted to like this game due to NSFW games rarely having any gameplay elements, but man, do some of the decisions here suck.
The most noticeable thing is the absolute incoherent gameplay loop. While there is a tutorial at the beginning of each gameplay element, knowing what to do and when to do it is very hard. The player is supposed to memorise what each icon on the phone does, memorise what do from slight dialogue expressions since there's no way to find out after the fact, and also needs to figure out what each stat does.
The second turn-off is the part I was excited about, the gameplay. The card game thing. And while I do like it to a certain extent, it feels way too random to enjoy, especially considering how often you need to play it. By defintion, there is a 33% chance to deal damage, or 100% if you use the bird. Same applies to each round, and there's no logic that could help it, which means the game is complete RNG that prioritises bird cheese over actual strategy. It's similar to roulette, where you're taking a gamble on each turn. The difference is, in those games you can at least discern what has been played and what there is yet to be plaid. For instance, if there was a restriction of say, two cards of each type, it would be possible to predict the next move at least to a certain extent. Because then if the opponent has played two rocks, the rest of the cards can't be rocks, therefore paper cards are useless. The fact that the only way to disambiguate that is either through sheer luck or taking damage twice, is a major oversight. Fun concept, but horrible, horrible execution.
And listen, nobody likes hand-holdy games. I'm not asking for that. But at the same time, playing games blindfolded without a guiding voice is even worse. Just... Try to make this game a little more playable for new players. You're doing good, but for these two reasons, I just can't play it. Sorry.
Hey! Really appreciate the very thorough review and totally get your personal criticisms with the game at it's current public version stage. I understand your issues with the card game and it has evolved a little bit over time, with the introduction to consumables that allows players to better swing things into their advantage, and the weather system buffing and debuffing certain card types to give players an incentive to run certain decks over others each in-game season. I'm also currently trying to figure out ways to see if I could implement more systems that give player more information on the field and strategic agency without it being a clear; if x occurs, always do y.
Ultimately, big fans of TCGs would definitely be disappointed at this card game's shallowness and that is the choice I decided to make as that isn't the core area of game that I wanted to put all my energy and resources into. It's simply used as a means of pacing the dating-sim aspect out with a simple gameplay mechanic that everyone could understand and plow through if they so wish.
As for the apps and just what to do in general, we've been adding more and more 'notes' in later updates about what the objectives are meant to be and especially in 0.08, we've added the web app that goes over many questions and aspects of what the different systems in the game are and how they interact with each other. Your point about getting lost in the phone and not knowing what everything does is valid and we will look into adding toggle-able app names and introductory messages on what the app's function is when first opening them.

Yes, thats a morning sex bug where lilith's morning sex content isn't properly implemented, I'd avoid asking anyone to sleep with you for the time being. It has been fixed for later versions.

Hey, this bug occurs when you're trying to redo her boss battle in that particular chapter, it doesn't happen when you first do it. The bug has been fixed for later versions and I'll be releasing a new PUBLIC version in a few week. My suggestion if you're able to is to reload back to a save point before you first talked to her in that chapter.

You need to have 3 stars with Juliet. To give girls presents, you'll have to first equip the gift in the inventory so that the gift icon is in the bottom right of the bag. The lack of stars on the gift option tells me that you haven't given her gifts yet at this stage. This gift giving is the core part of progressing with all the other girls too. Leveling her through the management is more so about unlocking new outfits and gaining higher profit every week
The whole game revolves around buying gifts for the characters, creating a stronger bond, and proceeding in their storyline. You'll need to have 3 stars and a heart symbol on the gift icon for them to be ready to open up to you as stated in the game.
Unlike ATU, there isn't any 'you have to be at the specific location at a very specific time to trigger x', although there are a very few handful of times where character chapters only occur in a specific room or a specific time but that isn't too hard to figure out as they move around a lot.
Instead of a gallery, we wanted to make it more immersive by having it so you can access their h-scenes by simply talking to them and clicking on the H-scene option, like a freeuse thing. This is only available by unlocking girlfriend mode after you've completed their story though. From there, the H-scenes can be done in other locations.
Everyone. The only new costume I have got after downloading 0.07 was a Willow's one, and I suppose it appears in a story of her. About the others, I got the notification of having new costumes but I didn't get it.
Fetishes will be introduced as new H-scenes and characters are introduced. We have a vague idea of what we don't want; any fetishes banned from Patreon, NTR, and impreg to name a few.

I can't give a gift to anyone. I've bought gifts but the option is greyed out.
Have you equipped the gift in your inventory yet? The game probably doesn't know which gift you wanna give.
