I've only played this for an hour, but that's for good reason. I really wanted to like this game due to NSFW games rarely having any gameplay elements, but man, do some of the decisions here suck.
The most noticeable thing is the absolute incoherent gameplay loop. While there is a tutorial at the beginning of each gameplay element, knowing what to do and when to do it is very hard. The player is supposed to memorise what each icon on the phone does, memorise what do from slight dialogue expressions since there's no way to find out after the fact, and also needs to figure out what each stat does.
The second turn-off is the part I was excited about, the gameplay. The card game thing. And while I do like it to a certain extent, it feels way too random to enjoy, especially considering how often you need to play it. By defintion, there is a 33% chance to deal damage, or 100% if you use the bird. Same applies to each round, and there's no logic that could help it, which means the game is complete RNG that prioritises bird cheese over actual strategy. It's similar to roulette, where you're taking a gamble on each turn. The difference is, in those games you can at least discern what has been played and what there is yet to be plaid. For instance, if there was a restriction of say, two cards of each type, it would be possible to predict the next move at least to a certain extent. Because then if the opponent has played two rocks, the rest of the cards can't be rocks, therefore paper cards are useless. The fact that the only way to disambiguate that is either through sheer luck or taking damage twice, is a major oversight. Fun concept, but horrible, horrible execution.
And listen, nobody likes hand-holdy games. I'm not asking for that. But at the same time, playing games blindfolded without a guiding voice is even worse. Just... Try to make this game a little more playable for new players. You're doing good, but for these two reasons, I just can't play it. Sorry.
Hey! Really appreciate the very thorough review and totally get your personal criticisms with the game at it's current public version stage. I understand your issues with the card game and it has evolved a little bit over time, with the introduction to consumables that allows players to better swing things into their advantage, and the weather system buffing and debuffing certain card types to give players an incentive to run certain decks over others each in-game season. I'm also currently trying to figure out ways to see if I could implement more systems that give player more information on the field and strategic agency without it being a clear; if x occurs, always do y.
Ultimately, big fans of TCGs would definitely be disappointed at this card game's shallowness and that is the choice I decided to make as that isn't the core area of game that I wanted to put all my energy and resources into. It's simply used as a means of pacing the dating-sim aspect out with a simple gameplay mechanic that everyone could understand and plow through if they so wish.
As for the apps and just what to do in general, we've been adding more and more 'notes' in later updates about what the objectives are meant to be and especially in 0.08, we've added the web app that goes over many questions and aspects of what the different systems in the game are and how they interact with each other. Your point about getting lost in the phone and not knowing what everything does is valid and we will look into adding toggle-able app names and introductory messages on what the app's function is when first opening them.
I keep on giving gifts for everyone, but for some reason Linora and Willow is not making advancement in their stories. I do have the three stars when I check in the phone contacts app, but it is not triggering anything. Do I have to keep on giving them gifts, or did I run into a bug
I dont have proof of this, and I dont know if its intentional but while sleeping with willow after inviting her, for some reason results in having sex with lilith, and i can repeat this action, and I haven't even unlocked anything with Lilith.
Yes, thats a morning sex bug where lilith's morning sex content isn't properly implemented, I'd avoid asking anyone to sleep with you for the time being. It has been fixed for later versions.

there's nothing to fix, it's just a message to tell me that you're accessing an area you aren't suppose to. As long as the game's not breaking, just ignore it. I've fixed it for later versions
Hey, this bug occurs when you're trying to redo her boss battle in that particular chapter, it doesn't happen when you first do it. The bug has been fixed for later versions and I'll be releasing a new PUBLIC version in a few week. My suggestion if you're able to is to reload back to a save point before you first talked to her in that chapter.

You need to have 3 stars with Juliet. To give girls presents, you'll have to first equip the gift in the inventory so that the gift icon is in the bottom right of the bag. The lack of stars on the gift option tells me that you haven't given her gifts yet at this stage. This gift giving is the core part of progressing with all the other girls too. Leveling her through the management is more so about unlocking new outfits and gaining higher profit every week
The whole game revolves around buying gifts for the characters, creating a stronger bond, and proceeding in their storyline. You'll need to have 3 stars and a heart symbol on the gift icon for them to be ready to open up to you as stated in the game.
Unlike ATU, there isn't any 'you have to be at the specific location at a very specific time to trigger x', although there are a very few handful of times where character chapters only occur in a specific room or a specific time but that isn't too hard to figure out as they move around a lot.
Instead of a gallery, we wanted to make it more immersive by having it so you can access their h-scenes by simply talking to them and clicking on the H-scene option, like a freeuse thing. This is only available by unlocking girlfriend mode after you've completed their story though. From there, the H-scenes can be done in other locations.
Everyone. The only new costume I have got after downloading 0.07 was a Willow's one, and I suppose it appears in a story of her. About the others, I got the notification of having new costumes but I didn't get it.
Fetishes will be introduced as new H-scenes and characters are introduced. We have a vague idea of what we don't want; any fetishes banned from Patreon, NTR, and impreg to name a few.
It's a bug where in if after you buy cards, you go progress time by doing the card game, it doesn't unlock the sleep. To unlock the sleep, right after you buy the cards, go visit Juliet and talk to her in her room to do the gifting tutorial, then go to your room and open your wardrobe. Those two tasks will unlock sleep. I've fixed that in later versions so the sleep icon is automatically clickable but it tells you what you have left to do.
Been wanting to know what this means for a while now. I gave Juliet a gift when instead of a heart icon on the button to give her the gift there was a green circle. After that the circle turned yellow and there was no green check. It's been several days since I gave her the gift and the yellow circle is still there. Am I doing something wrong?
Have you completed her storyline? Or are you still progressing with her? When you gave her the gift, did you do story content?
The green circle means the character bond is very close to reaching 100%, (you'll need 100% to progress to the next chapter) so green would be like 80%+. Green check means you've given a gift already for the day.
Yellow circle would be the bond is somewhere in the middle, 50% give or take. The symbols go Black > Red > Yellow > Green > Heart.
If you had given her the gift when it was green and you did story content, it means that the gift you gave was enough to reach 100% and you'd have gone through the chapter and then it would reset to the next stage.
It might be a bug if you've completed her storyline as gifting is no longer required for that character and that bond tracker doesn't know what to do.
The story isn't complete yet, no. Last story thing I had done with her was when she wanted to go to the grocery store, so I'm at that point. I gave her another gift and things have improved, I was worried for basically no reason, but your reply was pretty helpful, thanks!

Amazing art work and an overall amazing game its just that the "card game" seems more luck based than actual skill idk just rock paper scissors with extra steps. not to say its a bad thing just thought it was more skill based like hearthstone. still a really good game! (Although could be a skill issue lol)
Since it's a visual novel first and foremost, the card game acts as more of a simple feature/mechanic to help pace and add an extra gameplay loop into the mix that ties the theme of romance together.
Programming a complex TCG would be very hard to do in the game engine as a solo/small team and if we did, we wouldn't worry so much about the visual novel aspect that we wanted to focus on. Thanks for your input and glad you still like it for what it is!
downloaded the patch (since a few scenes were broken and renpy was giving exceptions with maggie and lilith) and now the game completely broke, giving an exception when i open it.

Unfortunately, according to the creator of the Renpy game engine, it means the old save is trying to be loaded onto a new version that isn't compatible. Really sorry about that, it must've happened when I updated the game engine mid-dev and the Renpy porting messed up. I assume and think it works fine on PC and MAC though, it's just the android porting
The newest update seems to have remedied the issue. I believe the save file in question was from 0.06 and I had only the one lol thank goodness it seems to working now.

BROOOOOOOOOOOOOO I spend like 5 hours and couldn't find the option to save the game so I thought it was auto saved, turns out I wasted 5 hours, where is the save button???
The game is powered by Renpy so if you've played other renpy visual novels, you just press escape or it's the 'menu' button at the very bottom of the screen. Renpy has an autosave save feature when you're in the load menu, click on the 'A' for autosave. Hopefully you'll be able to recover your lost progress
I've thought about it but it's very unlikely. I planned the game to have a primarily hetero target audience so although it may involve trans/traps/futa romanceable characters, that's still not a complete 180 for the target audience's interest. The BEST I would do is a femboy
This game is really awesome but I have a bit of problem with Maggie when we grew the pumpkin seedling and then after when the mc kisses Maggie on the cheek, there's no image popping up instead it shows error can't find the image or something and then I can't progress further with Maggie instead it only repeats the same scene. I love the game so far but I can't continue with my fav Maggie, what should I do?(╥﹏╥)
Thank you so much. Oh man, sorry to hear that, this is a fresh install right? You didn't try and use a patch? Try the 'ignore' option when the issue comes up, surely if it's unable to find an image during the scene, you can just skip it.
Hey, I tried the ignore option and I still couldn't progress, I'm still stuck with the pumpkin scene with maggie. Btw I'm using Android maybe that's why, and yes fresh install no patches(╥﹏╥) I also tried skipping it didn't work.

The nude sprites unlock with the completion of their story. In 0.08B, Willow's story will be completed and in 0.09, Linora's will be.

Amazing art work and an overall amazing game its just that the "card game" seems more luck based than actual skill idk just rock paper scissors with extra steps. not to say its a bad thing just thought it was more skill based like hearthstone. still a really good game! (Although could be a skill issue lol)
Since it's a visual novel first and foremost, the card game acts as more of a simple feature/mechanic to help pace and add an extra gameplay loop into the mix that ties the theme of romance together.
Programming a complex TCG would be very hard to do in the game engine as a solo/small team and if we did, we wouldn't worry so much about the visual novel aspect that we wanted to focus on. Thanks for your input and glad you still like it for what it is!
downloaded the patch (since a few scenes were broken and renpy was giving exceptions with maggie and lilith) and now the game completely broke, giving an exception when i open it.
game is great, but quite buggy, i was hoping the issues would get fixed

I can no longer access my old save file with the 0.07b update (it is saying an exception has occurred). Is there a way to fix this?
What is the old save file from? 0.06? Try another save file, see if any of them work.
Yeah all save files from 0.06B_b break for me as well. Hopefully there is a fix because I am not playing through from the beginning again.
Error is ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'renpy.display.scenelists'
Every save file has this same error and I have about 9 pages from 0.06B_b
Unfortunately, according to the creator of the Renpy game engine, it means the old save is trying to be loaded onto a new version that isn't compatible. Really sorry about that, it must've happened when I updated the game engine mid-dev and the Renpy porting messed up. I assume and think it works fine on PC and MAC though, it's just the android porting
The newest update seems to have remedied the issue. I believe the save file in question was from 0.06 and I had only the one lol thank goodness it seems to working now.

BROOOOOOOOOOOOOO I spend like 5 hours and couldn't find the option to save the game so I thought it was auto saved, turns out I wasted 5 hours, where is the save button???
The game is powered by Renpy so if you've played other renpy visual novels, you just press escape or it's the 'menu' button at the very bottom of the screen. Renpy has an autosave save feature when you're in the load menu, click on the 'A' for autosave. Hopefully you'll be able to recover your lost progress

I've thought about it but it's very unlikely. I planned the game to have a primarily hetero target audience so although it may involve trans/traps/futa romanceable characters, that's still not a complete 180 for the target audience's interest. The BEST I would do is a femboy

This game is really awesome but I have a bit of problem with Maggie when we grew the pumpkin seedling and then after when the mc kisses Maggie on the cheek, there's no image popping up instead it shows error can't find the image or something and then I can't progress further with Maggie instead it only repeats the same scene. I love the game so far but I can't continue with my fav Maggie, what should I do?(╥﹏╥)

Try the 'ignore' option when the issue comes up, surely if it's unable to find an image during the scene, you can just skip it.
Hey, I tried the ignore option and I still couldn't progress, I'm still stuck with the pumpkin scene with maggie. Btw I'm using Android maybe that's why, and yes fresh install no patches(╥﹏╥) I also tried skipping it didn't work.
